Inner Multitudes

How to fall in love with yourself, warts and all.

Welcome to Inner Multitudes,

an evolving deck of cards that describe essential parts of the personality who are working their hardest, but may be stuck in extreme roles which keep you or your clients from finding their way back to balance. The cards draw on Masunaga’s Zen Shiatsu theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine’s 5 Element Theory, Dick Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems work, as well as many years of experience with clients in my integrative bodywork practice.

You do not need to have a background in these disciplines to use this deck. At its most fundamental, the deck is a way to find an image and voice for Parts of us  who are having a hard time getting in touch with our wisest Selves.

Choosing Your Price

The third edition is a deck of thirty-seven 2.75″ x 4.75″ cards, and its companion booklet. The deck was lovingly printed at a local printer. Each box contains a deck, the companion booklet, and an organic cotton carrying bag. It is my wish that anyone who wants a deck can have a deck, regardless of their ability to pay for it. To that end, please consider paying a higher price, or making a donation. When you choose the Pay It Forward price for the boxed set of Inner Multitude cards and companion booklet, you make it possible to send one to an individual or organization who would not otherwise be able to afford the full price.

Thank you!

Inner Multitudes deck, companion booklet, and carrying bag. Paying this price makes it possible to give a deck to someone who needs it, at a price they choose. (PayPal will add $10 for domestic shipping.)
